Become free from stress, learn to overcome worry and have hope for the future. We will explore basic and simple techniques to reconnect with your own inner peace and intuitive wisdom.

Greg Church will deliver the program at both venues. Like many gay men of his generation, Greg Church was exposed to HIV about 25 years ago. At about the same time he took the unrelated step of learning to meditate. Within a few short years the harsh reality of living with HIV was realised and shortly after Greg's partner was to die from an AIDS related condition. Through meditation Greg has maintained his inner peace and equilibrium and values any opportunity to share the information with others.

For the last 7 years Greg has devoted his spare time to helping others discover the well of peace and power that exists within us all. He is a student and teacher of Raja Yoga Meditation and finds that sharing this information with others is still another means of increasing his own inner power.
