Digital Illustration Workshop (Procreate)

7pm - 9pm Tuesdays (3 x 2 hour workshops) 29th Oct 5th, 12th Nov 2024

Digital Illustration Workshop participants will build confidence in using the Tasmanian based app, Procreate, to create digital illustrations. The full version of Procreate is currently only available on iPad. The workshop will cover a general overview of the Procreate app and different ways to achieve the creation of a digital illustration. This workshop is facilitated by Hobart based artist and designer Shan Hooper. Digital Illustrations created (with creators consent) will be shown in TasPride's online gallery, the Digital Edition Showcase at Rosny Barn 2025 and at Artfully Queer - Time Exhibition at the Long Gallery, Salamanca Arts Centre in October 2025

You will need:

• iPad (which supports Procreate and Apple Pencil)

• internet access & Zoom

• the Procreate app (downloadable from Apple App Store)
