Short Film Production Workshops will introduce participants to film making with smart phones and minimal equipment, however, other gear options will be addressed. This workshop will be facilitated by Luke Cruddas who as a Bachelors Degree in Film and has worked on everything from very low budget short films to feature films. The objective of this workshop is to give participants a foundation to start film making. Films will be showcased at the Artfully Queer Digital Edition online, April Showcase at Rosny Barn and Artfully Queer Exhibition - Time, at the Long Gallery Salamanca Arts Centre in October.

Introduction to film and script writing
Cinematography
Sound Recording
Directing
Producing
Sound and vision editing
You will need:
access to the internet and Zoom
a smart phone that can record video and sound
video editing apps (to be discussed)
pencil / pen and sketch pad or digital illustration software for storyboarding
a word processing program for scriptwriting
costumes, makeup, props, locations and possibly a cast / mates
your imagianation
