Short Film Workshop- Create a Short Film
7pm - 9pm Wednesday (4 x 2 hours workshops) Feb 19th, 26th & 5th, 12th March 2025
Online Short Film Production Workshops will introduce participants to film making with smart phones and minimal equipment, however, other gear options will be addressed. This workshop will be facilitated by Luke Cruddas who as a Bachelors Degree in Film and has worked on everything from very low budget short films to feature films. The objective of this workshop is to give participants a foundation to start film making. Films will be showcased on the TasPride website, and at the April Digital Edition Showcase at Rosny Barn, Rosny and at theArtfully Queer Exhibition - TIME, at the Long Gallery, Salamanca Arts Centre in October. These free workshops will cover: Introduction to film and script writing, Cinematography, Sound Recording, Directing, Producing, Sound and vision editing.
